Ladies, as we move past the holidays into dark cold winter days with demanding schedules and our busy lives do you find yourself dragging and going through the motions just to get through another week?  Years ago I read a book, “If Mama Ain’t Happy, Ain’t Nobody Happy!”, making the choice to rejoice. If our mood and attitude are so important for the rest of the family, how do we “be happy” when life is so stressful and we are tired?  A book and video series by Max Lucado has some answers. Join me in the study of “How Happiness Happens” starting February  6th during the adult Sunday School hour.  We will alternate the video and discussion sessions for a total of 12 weeks.
